Innovative Solutions & Technology owner and CEO, Eric Nicholson, has more than 25 years in the IT field. He has held several positions during his IT career from helpdesk technician to software developer. He has also worked on several different types of technologies from individual’s personal computer to small business computer systems. He has also worked on multiple network servers for two different hospitals as well as large office computers throughout his career.
Mr. Nicholson holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Computer Science, a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science. Along with his years of experience, Mr. Nicholson has assisted more than a dozen people and small businesses with IT support and software needs. Mr. Nicholson’s strengths are his commitment in giving excellent customer service and his determination in getting the job done right.
Mr. Nicholson has design and build website for a neighborhood church and for a church fellowship. One particular church website was for, The Christian Church in Philadelphia. Other websites the he created was for his full time job at the time.Mr. Nicholson has also design application websites as well as data driven websites for several projects.
Mr. Nicholson also design the church members management application ChurchSite™. Mr. Nicholson came up with the application design while sitting in church one Sunday morning. As he was sitting with the congregation, he noticed his Pastor walking around with a spreadsheet with all of the members’ information on it. Mr. Nicholson later discovered that this is how they kept track of their church members. They didn’t have nor know about member management software that could keep this information online. Instantly, he thought to himself, “I can improve and eliminate problems and at the same time, create something that the church can use in order to keep this type of information in one place and available only to church officials.” Thus the beginning of the creation of the ChurchSite™ application.
Mr. Nicholson believes that everyone should have a computer in their home and a level of comfort in using it.
